60 ml Gin
30 ml Elderflower Liqueur
60 ml Tonic Water
A lime wedge and a slice of Cucumber for garnish
This recipe is very easy to make :
1 . In a cocktail glass add the 2 first ingredients and top with 60 ml of tonic water.
2 . Squeeze the lime wedge in the glass and stir gently. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.
There is a long-standing debate about what kind of glass Elderflower gin and tonic should be served in. There is no unequivocal answer to this question. Some bartenders like to serve this drink in a Highball glass and some like it in a wine glass. There are some bartenders who like to serve it in an old-fashioned glass.
