60 ml blended Scotch whisky
22.5 ml fresh lemon juice
22.5 ml honey syrup
2-3 slices of fresh ginger
7.5 ml islay single malt scotch whisky
Ice
Garnish: candied ginger
Add fresh ginger to a cocktail shaker and muddle.

Shake for 5-10 seconds, until chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
