The Left Hand Cocktail recipe was created by Sam Ross in 2006. It can be described as a cocktail in between a Negroni and a Manhattan.
45 ml bourbon
20 ml Campari
20 ml sweet vermouth
2 dashes of mole bitters
Garnish: brandied cherry.
Add bourbon, Campari, sweet vermouth and mole bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir for about 10 secondes until chilled.
Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
Garnish with a brandied cherry, and serve.
