30 ml Lime Juice
15 ml Blue Curacao
20 ml simple syrup or sugar
4 -5 Mint leaves

In a cocktail glass muddle the Mint leaves and Lime Juice. Add to the glass the White Rum, Blue Curacao, simple syrup, Ice, and Stir. top with a splash of Soda Water. Garnish with a piece of lime and serve.
