Across The Pacific cocktail is a classic tiki-style drink. It is made with 2 types of rum, amaro averna, fresh lime juice, and orgeat syrup. This combination of ingredients creates a sweet, fruity, and tangy flavor that is sure to please any palate. This cocktail was created by Meaghan Dorman in New York. We think that this cocktail was getting its name from the fact that it was inspired by the exotic flavors of the Pacific Islands.
30 ml Aged rum
15 ml overproof Jamaican rum
15 ml Amaro averna
20 ml Fresh lime juice
20 ml Orgeat syrup
