How to Make a Silver Fizz

  1. Add London dry gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker and dry shake.

  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake (again) for about 20 seconds until chilled.

  4. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
