The Rum Flip is a rich and creamy cocktail made of dark rum, cream, one teaspoon of Brown Sugar, and one fresh egg. 15 ml Dark Rum
15 ml Cream
1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
1 fresh egg
Ice
Garnish: grated nutmeg
Add dark rum, cream, one teaspoon of brown sugar, and one fresh egg into a cocktail shaker and dry-shake for about 15 seconds.
Add ice and shake again until chilled.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with a little bit of grated nutmeg.
