60 ml Mezcal
30 ml Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Ice
Garnish: maraschino cherry
1. Add mezcal, sweet vermouth, and orange bitters to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well for about 10-15 seconds until chilled.
Strain the mix into a coupe glass.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry
