- 2 ½ oz. Ecco Domani's Pinot Grigio
- 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 2 Watermelon slices
- ½ oz. Simple Syrup

Tasting Notes
Refreshing subtle watermelon flavors and tropical fruit finish.
Instructions
Muddle a slice of watermelon with simple syrup in a Boston Shaker or equivalent. Add pineapple juice and Ecco Domani's Pinot Grigio over muddled watermelon and shake with ice for 10 seconds. Strain and garnish with a second piece of watermelon; serve.
