- 2 oz. Scotch
- 3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
- 3 to 4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 Maraschino Cherry to Garnish

Tasting Notes
Slightly sweet attack, followed by an oak finish with only a hint of burn. Smooth whisky flavor with subtle sweetness.
Instructions
Stir sweet vermouth with angostura bitters and scotch whisky. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish and serve.
