Ingredients
- 1 oz. Spiced Rum
- 8 to 10 Mint Leaves
- 3 to 4 Lime Wedge
- 1 tsp Simple syrup
- Splash of Blue Curacao
- Fill with Sprite
- Mint Sprig Garnish

Tasting Notes
Mint, sweet & sour mix, spiced rum. Refreshing.
Instructions
Muddle lime, simple syrup and mint in your highball glass. Add crushed, pour spiced rum over crushed ice. Add more crushed ice and splash simple syrup over crushed ice. Top with sprite, give it a light stir and add a bit more crushed ice and garnish.
