- 1 oz. Banana Liqueur
- 1 oz. Coconut Rum
- 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz. Cranberry Juice

Tasting Notes
Fruity on one side, potent on the other, like a good Polynesian style cocktail should. Hints of subdued shaved coconut with a good banana flavor. Not too much tartness with a bit of sweet.
Instructions
Build in a cocktail shaker and shake for 10-seconds with ice. Strain into a collins glass or tiki glass.
