Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Veev Açaí Spirit
  • 1 oz. Açaí Juice
  • ½ oz. Lime Juice
  • Top with Champagne or Sparkling Wine
  • Garnish with a lime wedge

Tasting Notes

A slightly sour cocktail with an overall structure of sparkling wine/champagne with a nice açaí accent.

Instructions

Mix all but champagne/sparkling wine in a cocktail shaker and shake for 10-seconds, strain into a cocktail glass and top off with champagne/sparkling wine.
