Ingredients
- 1/2 Tangerine
- 2 Lemon Wedges
- 1 3/4 oz. Bols Genever
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 oz. Orange Juice
- 1 oz. Simple Syrup
- (optional) Garnish with Lightly sprinkle star anise sugar on top as well as a star anise.

Tasting Notes
A mixed fruit juice with bright orange flavors. The initial taste is a malty genever.
Instructions
Muddle tangerine, lemon wedges, lemon juice and simple syrup in a glass. Add orange juice and genever and shake for 10-seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish, serve. If you don't have access to star anise sugar, try a lemon twist.
