Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. Absinthe
- 1 1/2 oz. Spring Water
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- Bar spoon of sugar or simple syrup

Tasting Notes
Lots of absinthe-style properties, fennel, anise with a sour property balanced across the tongue. Hints of sweetness.
Instructions
Shake all ingredients for 10 seconds in an iced shaker. Strain contents into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.
