Slightly Sour Cocktails

• 1 oz. White Rum
• 3/4 oz. Midori Melon Liqueur
• 1/2 oz. Creme of Coconut
• 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
• Pineapple Slice as Garnish

Highball Glass

Sweet yet a nice potent sour bite; a delicious sour melon with pineapple structure.

Build ingredients over ice in a highball glass and stir for 10-seconds working the creme of coconut into the liquid. Garnish with a pineapple slice and serve.
