- 3 Cherries
- ¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- ¾ oz. POM Wonderful
- 1½ oz. Depaz Rum
- ½ oz. Simple Syrup or Depaz Cane Syrup (if available)

Light and springing “champagne like” attack, slightly acidic and sour finish with hints of angostura bitters.
Instructions
Shake all ingredients but the sparkling rosé in an iced cocktail shaker for 10-seconds. Strain into an iced collins glass and top with sparkling rosé.
