Earthy organic sourness with rum-like flavorings, really shows off the Cachaça's flavor.
Cut lime into chunks and place into a lowball/old-fashioned glass and sprinkle 2 tsp. sugar over it. Muddle lime with sugar and cover with crushed ice. Fill with 2 oz. of Cachaça.
