Raspberry attack, ripe and juicy with a "hot chocolate" style mid-palate transition, ending with a dark chocolate with dry finish.

==== Instructions ====

Muddle 6 raspberries with 1 teaspoon of sugar. Add wine and stir in cocoa powder. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass, layer whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings.
